Property is located on a steep hill approximately 1km away from the nearest shops, restaurants and the seashore.
It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to reach the seashore by feet but, the way back is steep uphill.
Furthermore, the wider area is sparsely populated and public transport is infrequent.
In order to explore the surroundings (beaches, nearby towns, etc.), it is highly recommended having a vehicle with you.
